Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Deck & Dice Games. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders for physical products (including our QuarterShots books and Rapid Stat Dice) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (PDFs) are delivered electronically.

  • Fulfillment: Digital orders are fulfilled via DriveThruRPG.

  • Delivery Time: You will receive your digital access email within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Shipping Cost: There are no shipping charges for digital-only orders.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free/Economy shipping for domestic orders. Shipping charges for your international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Media Mail is utilized specifically for qualifying printed materials (books) to provide the most efficient rate.

4. Shipment Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia/New Zealand

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your physical order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Deck & Dice Games LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at service@deckanddicegames.com or via our Contact page to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
